Vert Shock Structure
Pre Shock Phase

Here’s the meat and bones of the Vert Shock training. This phase goes from week 2-7.
It includes the main exercises that strengthen your legs, which allow you to explode off the ground. In this phase, you’ll be doing jump technique drills along with leg-strengthening exercises and plyometrics.

It’s an intense week of 6 days of exercise. Make sure to warm up well during this last week, as the prior seven weeks of exercise will have your legs feeling very stiff.

Pre Shock Phase Exercises
If you’ve been sitting around on the couch and not doing much, this first week will definitely be a shock. (Pun intended.)
The workouts last about an hour, including both the warm up and cool-down time.
This phase is 6 workouts in 7 days and consists of seated jumps, tuck jumps, hill sprints, and lateral jumps. Adam will explain all of the workouts for each phase, so you don’t have to worry if none of these exercises sound familiar.
